BlueSuit Completes Acquisition & Integration of DealStat

BlueSuit announced today the completion of its acquisition of DealStat and integration of the companies’ product offerings.

Founded in 2017, DealStat’s platform extracts structured information from property offering memos, deeds, and other unstructured real estate documents, supported by AccuracyIQ™, which ensures data quality with reliable confidence scoring.  DealStat’s products empowered workflows and data intelligence across the commercial property investment and title industries.

Today, BlueSuit announced that DealStat’s platform has been fully integrated into BlueSuit’s ExtractAPI, which delivers data back from customers’ real estate transaction documents via a seamless and accessible API.  ExtractAPI’s capabilities also include rent rolls, purchase and sale agreements and closing disclosures.  BlueSuit serves customers across the appraisal, real estate technology, and title sectors.

As part of the DealStat acquisition, Steve Regan has joined BlueSuit as Chief Strategy Officer and Eddy Atkins joined the company as a Machine Learning & Data Engineer.

“We’re thrilled to expand the reach of DealStat’s technology and to be joining such an incredible team at BlueSuit,” said Steve Regan, formally Founder and CEO of DealStat. “The power of ExtractAPI, breadth of documents served, and the experience of BlueSuit’s team create a unique opportunity to unlock value for the industry.”

“We’re at a pivotal moment in proptech, with the industry finally capitalizing on technology’s potential within real estate,”

said Tanner McGraw, CoFounder and CEO of BlueSuit. “BlueSuit and DealStat have a shared philosophy around the application of technology within real estate and with our combined expertise, we’re able to elevate our offering and partner with customers to efficiently unlock information key to their business. Through this acquisition, we’re expanding the vision to solve even more challenging problems the industry faces around access to their data”.
